In this blackjack game, both Dealer's cards are exposed to players, before the players making
decision of Stand, Hit or Double.
This "card exposure" has brought very big advantage on the players' side, because players
can see what exactly the dealer is holding.
- player know that they have to draw card to win when sitting on 19 when they can see the dealer is holdng 20
- why bother to draw cards on 12 when you can see the dealer is holding 16?
- why not splitting you 3,3 to gain a little more fun when you can see the dealer is on 15?
etc...
Because this "double exposure" feature has such a big advantage to players, the casino
has to make some adjustment to the rules to balance the game, as following:
- Players' Blackjack win pays even money instaead of 3 to 2.
- Dealer wins on all ties, except on a natural blackjack.
